Providing troubleshooting support to quickly resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime. Driving preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability. Coordinating daily maintenance activities, work assignments, and planned maintenance efforts. Partnering with operations and plant leadership to improve uptime and production performance. Monitoring maintenance inventory and supporting storeroom spending objectives. Ensuring compliance with plant safety, environmental, and maintenance standards. Leading maintenance-related safety meetings, training initiatives, and risk mitigation efforts. Supporting reliability improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Coaching technicians on troubleshooting techniques, maintenance best practices, and safety procedures. Supporting equipment upgrades, repairs, and maintenance planning activities. Driving accountability for maintenance KPIs and reliability metrics. The Maintenance Supervisor will have the following qualifications: 3+ years of maintenance supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience. Experience supporting corrugator equipment within a corrugated packaging environment. Strong troubleshooting experience with automated manufacturing equipment. Experience with PLCs, servo systems, motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Technical degree in a maintenance-related discipline or equivalent industry experience preferred.
