What You'll Do:
Oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities Handle service requests, turns, and preventative maintenance Lead vendors and assist with hiring/training team members Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies Manage inventory and stay within budget
What You Bring:
2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required) Experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs Leadership mindset with strong communication skills Reliable transportation and basic tools Ability to stay active and work outdoors as needed Ready for a role where you can make an impact without burnout?
