Maintenance Director - Skilled Nursing Facility in

Franklin, Tennessee What You'll Do:

Ensure the community remains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for Life Safety Code compliance. Review the department's policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc. at least annually for revisions and make recommendations to the Administrator. Prepare operating and staffing budgets for maintenance and monitors monthly. Direct other staff within the Maintenance Department and oversee their work ethic. Perform any related tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance or plant related position Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in long-term care is preferred Why Join Us?
