full-time Race Team & Car Collection Manager Franklin, TN | Full-Time, Salaried | $130-163k base A private family in Franklin, Tennessee runs a competitive race program and a serious car collection. They need a department manager to run it all!

Responsibilities:

Overall leadership and strategic direction of the race team and collection Lead and develop mechanics, technicians, and support staff Oversee maintenance, transportation, safety, and readiness of all vehicles Manage budgets, forecasts, capital expenditures, and vendors Ensure DOT, environmental, and safety compliance

Required:

Minimum 3 years in race and car fleet team management, motorsports operations, or automotive maintenance

Required:

Drag racing experience (preferably NHRA Stock / Super Stock) Classic car and engine experience Race crew experience, or a driver yourself Budget and vendor management experience

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree, professional motorsports support experience, ASE Master Technician certification, DOT knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in garage, shop, warehouse, and outdoor environments Ability to stand, walk, bend, and inspect vehicles for extended periods Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds Availability to travel and support racing events as needed Flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
