Lead, train, and motivate your maintenance team Complete service requests and apartment turns Perform general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs Maintain grounds and curb appeal Support preventive maintenance programs

Uphold Fair Housing Guidelines What You Bring:

2+ years in the apartment industry 3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance Monday-Friday availability + on‑call rotations HVAC and CPO certifications preferred
