Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Memphis, TN area!

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Oversee maintenance budgets, scheduling, spare parts inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach, develop, and evaluate maintenance team members to drive performance and engagement. Analyze equipment failures, implement corrective actions, and recommend upgrades to improve safety and productivity. Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Manage contractors, vendors, and facility service providers. Lead capital improvement and energy-saving projects from planning through execution. Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and equipment histories. Oversee critical facility systems and infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Requirements:
