Job Description

Full-Time Maintenance Technician (40 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance for an apartment complex located in Springfield, TN. The Maintenance Supervisor performs jobs including, but not limited to, janitorial tasks, preventative maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers; performs a variety of semi-skilled and skilled building trade duties, operates a variety of hand, power and shop tools; and performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification required.
