Maintenance Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform scheduled and preventative maintenance on vehicles, farm and greenhouse equipment. This role involves routine maintenance, basic repairs, general mechanical tasks while ensuring equipment reliability to support operational efficiency and maintaining service records. Duties Perform routine maintenance and inspections on farm and greenhouse equipment, including oil changes, lubrications. and filter replacements, and inspections on diesel and gas engines. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inventory levels of parts and tools, and compliance documentation. Basic replacement of electrical outlets and breaker boxes; perform routine electrical tasks, or repairs on other parts of building structures, performs basic carpentry tasks and minor HVAC repairs. Diagnose and repair issues with brakes, tires, and other systems. Occasionally during the busy season assist with plant material deliveries.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
