•We are looking for someone with extensive pool industry experience who knows how to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, lead a team, communicate with customers, and keep field operations running smoothly. This is a leadership position for a knowledgeable "jack of all trades" who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, solve problems, teach others, and jump in wherever needed. What We're Looking For Minimum 7 years of pool industry experience Previous management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of residential pool maintenance, equipment, chemicals, and water chemistry Ability to diagnose pool and equipment issues accurately Ability to complete both minor and major pool repairs Experience with pumps, filters, heaters, automation, plumbing, valves, electrical troubleshooting, and other pool equipment Ability to diagnose and direct pool cleaners remotely using photos, videos, and phone calls Experience supervising and supporting field pool cleaners Ability to inspect work, identify problems, and coach employees on how to correct them Experience performing turnaround cleans, drain-and-cleans, one-time cleans, green-to-clean projects, and other specialty services Strong teaching and training skills Willingness to teach employees while also being willing to learn and follow our company's methods and standards Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional, respectful, and patient demeanor with both customers and employees Strong leadership skills and the ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive work environment Warehouse management and inventory experience Forklift certified or willing to become certified Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to prioritize multiple jobs and changing field situations Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Must be a true team player and "jack of all trades" What You'll Be Doing As Field Supervisor, you will serve as a key connection between our office, field technicians, cleaners, and customers.

Responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting our field pool cleaners Answering field questions and helping cleaners troubleshoot issues Reviewing photos and videos to diagnose problems and determine the next steps Directing cleaners through repairs, equipment issues, and difficult pool situations Performing quality-control inspections Training and mentoring new and existing employees Teaching proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, equipment operation, and company procedures Performing and overseeing turnaround cleans, drain-and-cleans, one-time cleans, and specialty pool services Completing equipment repairs and troubleshooting when needed Communicating with customers regarding pool conditions, repairs, and service recommendations Helping resolve customer concerns professionally Managing warehouse organization, inventory, equipment, and supplies Helping ensure trucks and field equipment remain stocked, organized, and maintained Working closely with management to improve field operations and service quality Jumping in wherever needed to keep the day moving The Right Person for This Position We aren't looking for someone who simply knows how to clean a pool. We are looking for someone who can look at a problem, figure out what is happening, explain it clearly, and know what needs to happen next. You should be comfortable leading a team, making decisions in the field, working with customers, teaching others, and getting your hands dirty when the situation calls for it. You don't have to know everything—we expect our Field Supervisor to learn our systems, standards, and way of doing things . What matters most is that you bring experience, good judgment, leadership, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. If you're the person everyone calls when they don't know what's wrong with a pool, equipment, or water chemistry, we want to talk to you.

$32.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
