In this safety-focused, collaborative environment, you will supervise technicians, oversee troubleshooting and repair of plant electrical systems, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. You will champion safety, ensure code compliance, reduce downtime, and implement reliability improvements while mentoring your team. Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment Develop and execute preventive and predictive electrical maintenance programs Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant electrical systems and automation controls Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and Heidelberg Materials policies Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support production goals Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and contractor relationships Implement reliability improvements and equipment upgrades Train and mentor team members on electrical, safety, and troubleshooting best practices Required Skills Electrical maintenance Industrial power systems PLC troubleshooting Motor controls and VFDs Preventive and predictive maintenance Electrical schematics and wiring Root cause analysis CMMS software Safety and
