Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electro Mechanical Maintenance Manager to join our facility team. Duties Supervise Maintenance Supervisors Troubleshooting PLC's Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems, industrial machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics issues using multimeters such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting documents to accurately diagnose problems. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory. Conduct equipment troubleshooting and repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC/R systems, and industrial electrician tasks. Operate tools such as stick welders and perform welding repairs to maintain equipment integrity. Use analysis skills to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions promptly. Assist with technical sales support by providing expert advice on equipment repair or upgrades when needed. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols related to electrical systems, hydraulics, and industrial maintenance procedures. Support the use of scissor lifts and other industrial equipment for maintenance tasks at elevated heights or hard-to-reach areas. Experience Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong background in industrial maintenance or as an industrial mechanic. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems including troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulic components, and electrical blueprint reading. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Skilled in equipment troubleshooting involving PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HVAC/R systems, welding techniques including stick welding, and mechanical repairs. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and inventory tracking is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately for complex electrical or mechanical systems. Strong analysis skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
