Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Lead / Manager to lead and support our maintenance team while keeping industrial production equipment operating safely and efficiently. This role combines hands-on repairs and troubleshooting with team coordination, preventative maintenance, work orders, and parts management. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the maintenance team while remaining hands-on. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, diesel, and production equipment. Maintain and track preventative maintenance schedules and work orders through MaintainX/CMMS. Prioritize breakdowns and repairs based on safety and production needs. Order parts, maintain equipment records, and communicate maintenance needs to leadership. Coordinate outside contractors and assist with maintenance planning. Train team members and promote safety, quality, and productivity. Perform welding/fabrication as needed. Qualifications 3-5 years of industrial, manufacturing, fleet, diesel, or heavy-equipment maintenance experience preferred. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Master Electrician preferred; Journeyman Electrician considered. Experience with PLCs, motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors, and diesel systems preferred. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using computers, tablets, MaintainX/CMMS, and electronic records. Valid driver's license required; HSD/GED preferred.
