Job Description
Overview We're hiring a dependable, experienced Team Leader to run day‑to‑day striping and sealcoating jobs. If you take pride in quality work, show up on time, and can lead a small crew with professionalism, we want to talk to you. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily sealcoating and parking lot marking projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards (install sealcoat, parking lot markings, signage, and bollards) Lead and motivate a team of crew members, providing clear instructions and support throughout each project phase Operate or oversee the operation of equipment such as sealcoating sprayers, line stripers, and other related tools Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe work environment for team members and clients Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and document completed work Manage project supplies, materials, and equipment inventory to prevent delays Skills Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Experience using sealcoating and striping equipment used for parking lot maintenance activities Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors Comfortable working outdoors (days/some nights), and managing small teams Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to lift 50-85 pounds This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects while developing your leadership skills in a vibrant work environment.
