Job Description

A national manufacturer and installer of residential outdoor wood structures — including sheds, gazebos, and play systems — is seeking a hands-on Installation Manager to oversee regional field operations, contractor performance, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit contractors and assemblers Coordinate with our 1099 installers to ensure projects are assigned and completed in a timely manner Coach installers to drive top Customer Satisfaction results Proactive communication and timely resolution for escalated repairs or service calls Manage warehouse personnel for efficient order preparation and staging Conduct occasional vendor site visits to represent the brand Assist in inventory control procedures such as purchasing, warehouse safety, and inventory adjustments Fosters a goal-motivated environment, strive for continuous improvement, and strong teamwork
Required Skills:
Exceptional Customer service Proficient skills in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Requirements:
4+ years of installation / relevant construction building materials experience. Competitive total compensation package including health benefits, 401k, vacation time and personal time. Background check and drug screen required Reports to a location manager
Work Environment:
Operates in a professional office environment as well as within a manufacturing environment subject to inside environmental conditions and noise. Often required to sit, use repetitive hand motion, hear, listen, talk, stand, and walk. Often required to climb stairs, reach overhead, pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds.
