• Medical, dental, 401K, PTO Job Duties The Maintenance Supervisor is a key leader and is responsible for managing one maintenance mechanics to improve the facility's manufacturing performance and facility maintenance.

This is accomplished by reducing machine downtime and unscheduled maintenance through improved equipment reliability and empowering the team of maintenance techs. An effective preventative and predictive maintenance program is expected. Productivity improvements are also expected as a result of utilizing process tools and knowledge of system capability. Specifically, the program focuses on value creation measured by improved equipment reliability to maximize manufacturing productivity. Executing a predictive and preventive maintenance plan to include operator basic care Working with operations leaders to ensure that equipment meets required specifications Assistance in managing of financial resources and accountability of equipment parts inventory Assessing machine conditions and deploying talent accordingly by using technical, electrical, and mechanical skills Developing cohesive teams between the operations and maintenance groups to improve reliability Maintain the open maintenance request log and prioritize most important.

Preferred Qualifications:

A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial/manufacturing setting Supervisory experience with direct reports Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Experience with drives, pneumatics, and hydraulics Experience in capital budgeting & management Experience leveraging preventive and predictive maintenance programs to achieve facility goals Experience managing financial resources and equipment parts inventory and & controls Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC)
