PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate the activities of staff including training, employee development, performance evaluation, hiring decisions, and the establishment of goals and performance objectives for assigned department.
• Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
• Manage budget and expenditures.
• Oversee emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Determine, monitor and measure department KPI's.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
• Responsible for all repairs and maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
• Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• 5+ years of applicable maintenance experience
• Experience with the principles and implementation of total preventative maintenance

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Mechanical or Electrical background

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Internal promotion with technical work experience at manager's Formulate departmental reports, coordinate operations and train subordinates is required.
• Ability to supervise a variety of personnel actions and direct a work force to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and orderly manner
• Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules.
• Detailed knowledge of techniques involved in preventive maintenance, housekeeping.
