• Guide and support maintenance technicians, including aligning priorities, organizing tasks, and fostering continuous learning and team engagement. Air Separation
• Brings a strong understanding and passion for learning air separation and associated technologies. Instrumentation and Electrical
• Demonstrates a practical understanding of electrical principles applied to the operation and repair of complex electrical devices. Mechanical aptitude
• Brings foundational skills and a collaborative approach to mechanical systems maintenance. Safety and Compliance
• A fundamental understanding of all applicable regulations, laws, certifications, and standards with a focus on how to advance success in each discipline for a manufacturing environment. Leadership
• Ideally, you bring a strong foundation to build the leadership skills needed to collaboratively partner with a production staff. Maintenance Programs
• Familiar with modern maintenance programs, asset management systems, and core operational principles.

________________________ Are you a MATCH? Minimum of 3 years of Industrial experience Well versed in problem analysis/decision making process and identifying sound solutions.
