Job Description
Job Summary Allegiant Wellness and Rehab Center are seeking an experienced part-time (up to 20 hrs) Maintenance Technician
FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be required to complete work orders for single 60-bed Post-Acute facility. Must have two to five years' experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care Facilities with strong knowledge in Life Safety Code regulations for Texas. Responsibilities and Duties The qualified candidate will:- Have knowledge of building maintenance.
- Participates in after-hours emergency scheduling.
- Must complete service request in a timely manner and effectively.
- Conduct inspections in public areas and vacant units.
- Must have 2-5 years Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience as well as experience with Life Safety Code.
- Respond to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their rooms.
- Maintain positive communications with local fire marshal, building inspector, and any other jurisdictions governing the community.
