Maintenance Supervisor:

You will manage execution of maintenance and repair needs for existing property You will supervise our team of maintenance technicians You will need to be able to understand/execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc. You will be play a key role on the team as well as interface with leadership

This Position Requires:

Ability to become proficient in understanding of our properties Proven success in technical service/customer service management Proven success in asset management Proven success in customer relationship management Proven success in compliance and utilization of current/upcoming technology to accomplish such. Oversee field maintenance technicians. Pool maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Preferably a minimum of 10 years maintenance experience 5 years service minimum supervisory/management experience Strong problem solving ability and independent decision making Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications Post High School Degree or Program completion preferred Candidates must complete background screening process, including a clean driving record.
