Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly skilled Maintenance Director to lead our facilities and industrial maintenance operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring the seamless operation of manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, HVAC, and other critical infrastructure. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize maintenance processes, and uphold safety standards across all facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, implement innovative solutions, and foster a culture of excellence in maintenance management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale. Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime. Oversee electrical systems maintenance, including low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical standards. Manage industrial maintenance activities involving mechanical systems, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters. Coordinate with production managers to plan maintenance schedules that minimize downtime while supporting manufacturing goals. Implement projects related to facilities management, HVAC systems, and infrastructure upgrades with a focus on efficiency and sustainability. Monitor compliance with safety protocols related to electrical work, high voltage systems, and general industrial maintenance procedures. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and asset management using CMMS software. Lead efforts in troubleshooting complex issues involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and electrical troubleshooting. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment performance data and implementing corrective actions to enhance reliability. Skills Proven management experience leading maintenance teams in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency with CMMS platforms for work order management and asset tracking. Extensive understanding of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and infrastructure maintenance. Mechanical knowledge encompassing industrial machinery repair and preventative strategies. Ability to read technical schematics and use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Excellent project management skills with a focus on safety compliance and operational efficiency. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
