Part-time Job Description:

Part-Time Maintenance Property Manager We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our commercial building & property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, conducting regular property inspections, managing vendor relationships, and addressing maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Schedule:

Part-time, morning, flexible hours

Location:

On-site and on call as required

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure properties are well-maintained. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with appropriate vendors or contractors. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses. Oversee landscaping, cleaning, and general upkeep of common areas. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Communicate effectively with property owners and service providers.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or maintenance required. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and with others. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
