Job Description

Purpose:
The Yates Maintenance Superintendent leads the Yates Maintenance organization (30-35 individuals) and reports to the Yates Operations Manager. This position is responsible for optimizing the production of the Yates field by safely maintaining, installing and upgrading the various equipment and systems. Equipment and systems that include automation, instrumentation, electronics, cathodic protection, rotating equipment, electrical distribution, piping, vessels, and other related equipment. This position has between 4-6 direct reports including supervisors, planner/scheduler and technicians .
