Job Description
Maintenance Manager Key Responsibilities Lead daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Supervise and schedule maintenance staff in a 24/7 environment; manage hiring, training, and contractors. Perform hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems. Coordinate with Operations on repair priorities, preventive maintenance, and capital projects. Develop and enforce maintenance policies ensuring OSHA and company compliance. Manage procurement of tools, supplies, and parts; liaise with vendors for timely repairs. Monitor operating costs and assist with budgeting, cost control, and project planning. Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and Microsoft Office for scheduling and reporting.
