Job Description

Oak Leaf Management is looking for Lead Maintenance Technician HVAC certified for our Lake Jackson, Tx location. Must be Willing to travel. This lead will be responsible for multiple properties. Seeking a strong detail oriented with strong experience in the industry maintenance tech ready to join the Oak Leaf team!!

Requirements:

Must be friendly with a can do attitude and great customer service Prefer maintenance experience in the Apartment industry Have knowledge of light plumbing, electrical, changing locks, appliance diagnosis and repairs Must have dependable transportation to and from work Have the ability to lift 35-45 pounds A/C Certification required Strong Leadership skills Motivated and can do attitude!
