Service Director Ranger Motors Position Summary Ranger Motors is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead our high-volume service and reconditioning department. We recondition 80-100 used vehicles per month and are expanding into customer-pay service. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, organizing workflow, leading the service team, ensuring quality repairs, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the service and reconditioning departments. Create and manage reconditioning plans for incoming vehicles. Prioritize workflow to maximize technician productivity and minimize turnaround time. Hire, train, schedule, and develop service technicians and support staff. Ensure repairs meet quality, safety, and dealership standards. Assist customers with service needs, estimates, and repair communication. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Monitor department performance and implement process improvements. Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 2+ years of automotive service management experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience managing a fast-paced automotive service department. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, and used vehicle reconditioning. Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and efficiency. Valid driver's license. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
