Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to supervise our semi-truck and trailer maintenance operations and ensure our fleet is safe, reliable, and road-ready. Key Responsibilities Supervise and assign work to truck and trailer technicians. Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems . Manage daily shop workflow and repair priorities. Ensure preventive maintenance and safety inspections are completed on schedule. Inspect completed repairs and maintain high-quality standards. Coordinate parts, outside repairs, and roadside breakdowns. Maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records. Support technician training and ensure a safe, productive shop environment. Requirements 5+ years of semi-truck and trailer maintenance experience . Strong knowledge of heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers . Experience with Detroit, Cummins, Volvo engines is an asset. Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills. Previous Shop Foreman, Lead Hand, or supervisory experience preferred
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
