Responsible for scheduling work orders Responding to work orders within 24 hours and ensuring follow-up calls are made Preventative maintenance and direct supervision of all in-house and/or vendor work Responsible for ordering supplies and tracking inventory Coordination of apartment turn efforts Assist team with renewal and leasing efforts to achieve financial goals Responsible for the interviewing, screening, and hiring of maintenance staff Responsible for the supervision and training of all maintenance personnel Qualifying Accomplishments of a

Maintenance Supervisor:

3 years+ Apartment Maintenance experience 1-2 years maintenance supervisory experience EPA Universal certification required HVAC certification required Refrigeration certification and basic business finance knowledge is preferred Irrigation knowledge Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
