Ameritech Facility Services is seeking Full-time

EXPERIENCED

Field Superintendent that are willing to travel throughout the state and surrounding areas. All positions REQUIRE extensive travel and night work. All travel expenses are paid for by Ameritech Facility Services.

Essential Functions:

As a valued Ameritech Facility Services team member this position has different levels of responsibility that require experience with in all aspects of construction. Our ideal candidate would have a strong work ethic and be used to traveling for extended periods of time. Our Superintendent would need to be able to complete projects with our Fast Casual Restaurant and Commercial Retail customers in a timely and professional manner. The candidate must be willing to participate in hands on work to complete the jobs but also be able to direct a team. This positions requires excellent communication skills to include both verbal and electronic. Below is a summary of the positions responsibilities. All Travel Expenses Covered! Field Superintendent o Past verifiable experience as superintendent of restaurant or commercial retail remodel o This position would be based in the Orlando, FL are but must be willing to travel from work-site to work-site daily. Must be open to regional travel o Exceptional ability to read and follow plans o Frequently attend meetings, site surveys, etc... o Exceptional ability to maintain budget o Ability to solicit subcontractor bids and manage their schedules and ensure they complete tasks per scope o Position will be both supervisory and working supervisor position
