In this vital role, you will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the daily operations of maintenance activities across our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are maintained at optimal performance levels, adhering to safety regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities Assist in managing and supervising facilities maintenance teams to ensure efficient execution of maintenance repair procedures across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Coordinate and oversee routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Implement and monitor maintenance management programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule preventive maintenance and track work orders. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by enforcing safety protocols during all maintenance activities and conducting safety training sessions for team members. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to meet operational needs. Conduct electrical system repairs involving high voltage and low voltage systems using tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety compliance reports, and equipment histories for audit purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance or facilities maintenance management with a strong background in mechanical systems repair, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience leading facilities maintenance teams effectively. Strong knowledge of maintenance repair procedures, safety regulations (including OSHA standards), schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and preventive maintenance scheduling. Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is highly desirable. Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately. Excellent communication skills in English for clear instructions and reporting. Valid certifications or training related to OSHA safety standards; HVAC certification is a plus. Experience working with electrical systems involving both high voltage and low voltage; use of testing tools such as ohmmeters is required.
