Take the lead on maintenance planning for a busy Odessa-area operation. If you know how to keep work orders moving, backlogs under control, and a CMMS team running smoothly — this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the site Coordinate priorities with operations, maintenance, and other stakeholders Manage equipment receiving — documentation, tagging, and routing into repair workflows Open, code, and track repair work orders in the CMMS Supervise CMMS clerks — assign workload and ensure data accuracy Monitor backlog and work order status, adjusting plans as needed Build and maintain schedules, reports, and planning docs in Excel/Word/Outlook Partner with supervisors and techs to keep planned work safe, resourced, and executable

What You Need:

Experience in a production, maintenance, or operations planning role Hands-on CMMS experience (creating, managing, tracking work orders) Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) Clear communicator who works well across teams High attention to detail Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Nice to

Have:

Background in industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance practices Experience with inventory/spare parts coordination Experience leading or mentoring admin/planning staff Familiarity with maintenance safety and compliance standards

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's/bachelor's in a technical, engineering, or business field preferred Maintenance planning, CMMS, or asset management certification a plus
