Job Description

The City of Odessa is seeking a Street Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise daily street maintenance operations. This position leads crews, ensures job site safety, operates heavy equipment, and responds to emergency callouts.

Key Duties:

Lead and schedule street maintenance crews Operate and oversee heavy equipment Ensure safety protocols are followed Train staff and monitor performance Respond to emergency situations Complete daily work and equipment reports

Requirements:
