Hydroblasting Shop Foreman

Position Overview:

The Industrial Cleaning Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the industrial cleaning department, ensuring that all hydroblasting, and mechanical cleaning jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong mechanical aptitude, hydroblasting expertise, and the ability to lead a team of 10+ employees in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of industrial cleaning technicians and operators. Coordinate daily work assignments, scheduling, and priorities to meet deadlines. Oversee all shop operations including hydro blasting, water treatment, and mechanical cleaning, and maintenance. Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for use. Promote and enforce HDNA's safety standards. other washing equipment. Maintain accurate job records, equipment logs, and safety documentation. Communicate effectively with management, logistics, and staff.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, or a related field. Proven experience managing teams of 10 or more. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with hydroblast equipment (10K-40K PSI) and water treatment. Valid driver's license Ability to work in demanding environments
