In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment across our manufacturing or residential sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering top-tier maintenance services that support our operational excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and building infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime. Use schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to diagnose problems accurately. Conduct welding repairs and assist with residential painting projects as needed to uphold facility standards. Operate testing tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices to ensure system integrity. Supervise maintenance tasks performed by team members or contractors, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and future planning. Assist with facilities maintenance projects that enhance the safety and functionality of the environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer service standards are met during maintenance activities. Lead small teams or supervise contractors during major repair or installation projects, demonstrating leadership skills. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and familiarity with schematics. Hands-on welding skills and experience with residential painting are highly desirable. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) used in automation systems. Experience using CMMS software for work order management and record keeping. Supervisory or team-leading experience in a maintenance setting is preferred. Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings confidently. Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities maintenance. Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and report findings clearly.
