Experienced Maintenance Supervisor Pay:

Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Schedule may vary seasonally based on business needs. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations for a busy vacation rental management company. This position requires someone who brings more than maintenance knowledge. We need a strong leader who can manage a team, prioritize work orders, communicate effectively, stay organized, and use technology confidently in a fast-paced environment. What We Provide Company vehicle available for use during company hours Company-provided iPad and cell phone Tools and equipment provided Full-time, year-round position Monday-Friday schedule during normal operations Please note: Health insurance benefits are not offered with this position Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team Assign, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance work orders Troubleshoot property maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions Ensure repairs are completed properly and in a timely manner Communicate with office staff regarding property issues, repair status, and follow-up needs Maintain accurate notes, photos, and documentation within company systems Help manage maintenance supplies, tools, and inventory Inspect completed work and hold team members accountable for quality Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience required Strong computer and technology skills required Ability to learn and confidently use property management, work-order, messaging, and scheduling systems Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions independently Excellent communication and leadership skills Maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar hands-on experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly What We're Looking For The right person is dependable, organized, comfortable with technology, and capable of leading people . You should be able to look at the day's workload, determine what needs immediate attention, delegate appropriately, and make sure the job gets finished correctly. Vacation rentals operate differently from traditional maintenance environments. Guest arrivals, property readiness, owner expectations, and seasonal demand mean that urgency, communication, and follow-through are critical. Pay starts at $28/hour. The normal schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, although hours and scheduling may vary during peak seasons and based on operational needs.
