A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

$66.72 - $76.25/hour What's the Job? Plan and coordinate maintenance projects, turnarounds, and outage activities for the asset. Develop and maintain work schedules, job plans, and job packs using SAP and planning software. Coordinate work orders and schedules with Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Project teams. Monitor schedule compliance, analyze performance trends, and support KPI reporting. Identify material requirements and ensure proper documentation for maintenance work orders. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Degree preferred. 5+ years of maintenance planning experience utilizing SAP in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities. Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes. Experience with instrumentation and electrical systems, with a background in maintenance planning. Ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card and possess a valid driver's license.
