A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

$66.72 - $76.25 per hour What's the Job? Plan and coordinate maintenance and reliability programs for rotating and packaged equipment assets. Create and maintain outage, turnaround, and project schedules using SAP and planning software. Develop detailed job plans and job packages, ensuring all required documentation is included. Coordinate work orders, manpower, materials, and schedules with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams. Track KPIs, schedule compliance, and maintenance performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed? Minimum 5+ years of maintenance planning experience utilizing SAP in Oil & Gas, LNG, petrochemical, or related industrial facilities. Strong hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA
. Experience planning maintenance for rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors, generators, motors, and auxiliary systems. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes and best practices. Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain a TWIC card. What's in it for Me?
