A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

What You'll Need:
Extensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, including planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities. At least 10 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning, with a strong background in analyzer and measurement equipment. Proven ability to develop work plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage asset records. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as OSHA, API, ASME, and PHMSA regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and stakeholders. Valid TWIC card and current, valid driver's license. Nice to
Have:
Experience with project planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P6. Knowledge of scaffolding, painting, insulation, welding, fabrication, and heavy equipment rigging. Prior work in PHMSA-regulated pipeline environments. Technical degree or related certifications.
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; technical degrees or certifications are a plus. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on work experience in maintenance planning and execution.
Additional Requirements:
Must work Monday through Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm. Physical ability to perform field activities including lifting, climbing, walking, and standing.
