You bring strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence supervising staff and contractors. You'll excel here if you: Enjoy leading and developing technicians Have experience juggling multiple facility priorities at once Communicate clearly with contractors, staff, leadership, and vendors Are comfortable making decisions and managing projects from start to finish Thrive in a role that mixes technical knowledge with team leadership, planning, budgeting, and customer service Municipal experience is not required.
