A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Position Overview The Occupancy Planner partners with business leaders, workplace teams, and project stakeholders to develop strategic occupancy and space planning solutions. This role uses data, workplace trends, and business requirements to optimize space utilization, support growth initiatives, and enhance the employee experience across a complex corporate portfolio. Key Responsibilities Partner with business units to understand current and future space requirements. Develop occupancy plans, capacity analyses, and workplace strategies. Create space plans, stacking plans, and planning scenarios that align with business objectives. Analyze occupancy, utilization, and headcount data to support decision-making. Collaborate with Facilities, Real Estate, Design, and Project teams on workplace initiatives. Support space optimization, move planning, and portfolio planning efforts. Support FF&E selections Prepare reports and presentations for leadership reviews and strategic planning. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Planning, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, facilities planning, or corporate real estate. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience translating business needs into space planning solutions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CAD, workplace management tools Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of commercial furniture systems and workplace design principles. Experience supporting large corporate campuses or multi-site portfolios. Background in technology, manufacturing, laboratory, or research environments.
