Duties Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance repair procedures for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low voltage, high voltage systems, and industrial equipment. Oversee the scheduling and execution of routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex engineering issues involving schematics, electrical systems, HVAC systems repair, mechanical systems repair, and industrial maintenance. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting safety audits, training sessions, and maintaining detailed safety records. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs utilizing project management best practices to meet deadlines and budgets. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, system schematics, electrical testing results (using voltmeters and ohmmeters), and safety compliance records. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing maintenance data to optimize facility operations and reduce downtime. Skills Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams in industrial or large-scale environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical systems (including high voltage), and mechanical systems troubleshooting. Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management and maintenance scheduling. Deep understanding of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for industrial environments. Skilled in reading schematics, electrical diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Competence in using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, schematics reading devices, and other diagnostic equipment for electrical testing. Effective team management capabilities with strong leadership qualities to motivate staff and promote a safety-first environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments effectively.
