Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across our community. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can manage a team of 3, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure all safety regulations are strictly followed. As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining optimal facility performance, implementing maintenance repair procedures, and managing projects that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and facility management will drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties Supervise and manage facilities maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and low/high voltage systems Troubleshoot engineering issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose problems accurately Oversee repairs of mechanical systems including HVAC units, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and high/low voltage equipment Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for team members Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs from planning through execution while adhering to project management best practices Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance with strong mechanical knowledge and electrical experience Supervising or team management experience in a facilities or maintenance environment Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical troubleshooting tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for facilities maintenance management Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes Hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), and mechanical equipment Ability to read technical schematics and engineering troubleshooting documents effectively Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Lead Maintenance Technician to lead our facilities into a safer, more efficient future!
