Job Description
Elliron Residential is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations and ensure the efficient operation of building systems and property infrastructure. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage maintenance activities, oversee projects, and uphold safety and quality standards while supporting a well-maintained residential community. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, leadership experience, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations for building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility infrastructure Lead maintenance projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met Manage the maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, inventory, and equipment history Oversee troubleshooting and repairs involving electrical systems, low-voltage components, schematics, and mechanical equipment Conduct routine property and equipment inspections using diagnostic tools to proactively identify and address issues Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of building systems and equipment Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, providing guidance, feedback, and performance support Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local codes Collaborate with property management to maintain curb appeal, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency Qualifications Proven supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance, facilities, or property management environments Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of electrical systems, including low-voltage and high-voltage applications Experience with HVAC systems, facility maintenance practices, and interpreting schematics and technical documentation Proficiency with CMMS software for work order management and inventory control Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques, preventive maintenance planning, and equipment repair Strong leadership and communication skills in fast-paced environments Project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute maintenance initiatives effectively Fluency in English required; bilingual skills a plus Why Elliron Residential At Elliron Residential, our Maintenance Supervisors play a critical role in creating safe, well-maintained communities.
