Maintenance Team Leader

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within our property. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth maintenance schedule of the building and grounds. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical expertise in maintenance, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a leader in facilities management, you will drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives to support our operation goals. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Oversee construction, electrical and mechanical repairs, including troubleshooting issues. Conduct maintenance inspections Coordinate with the management team for upgrades, installations, or modifications in condos Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, work orders. Train and mentor team members on best practices in maintenance, and safety procedures Qualifications Proven management experience leading maintenance teams in an community environment Strong mechanical knowledge complemented with electrical and construction Knowledge of HVAC systems and general facilities management principles Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a safety-first culture Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination Project management skills for coordinating maintenance or upgrade projects Join us as a Maintenance Team Leader where your leadership will directly impact operational excellence!
