Car Wash Supervisor IDS Express Car Wash - Spring, Texas IDS Express Car Wash is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Car Wash Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive sales growth, maintain equipment performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This leadership position is ideal for an individual who enjoys managing people, solving operational challenges, and taking ownership of facility performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the wash operates efficiently, safely, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Position Summary The Car Wash Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily site operations, including team leadership, customer service, equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and membership sales growth. This is a hands-on management role requiring strong leadership, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Operations & Team Leadership Manage and oversee daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and cleanliness. Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing employees. Create a positive and accountable work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed. Sales & Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every customer receives a premium wash experience. Drive membership sales and customer retention initiatives. Promote wash packages, memberships, and additional services to maximize revenue. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements when necessary. Equipment Maintenance & Technical Support Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all wash equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues. Repair and maintain tunnel equipment, pumps, motors, conveyors, and chemical delivery systems. Install, replace, and upgrade equipment components as needed. Coordinate with outside vendors and service providers for specialized repairs. Preventative Maintenance & Compliance Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and safety regulations. Provide regular updates on equipment performance and facility conditions. Facility Maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility appearance. Assist with general property upkeep, including: Lighting systems Plumbing repairs Grounds maintenance General building maintenance Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Experience in car wash operations, automotive services, maintenance, or a related field strongly preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting equipment, repairs, and outdoor tasks.
