A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

$66.72 - $76.25/hr What's the Job? Plan and coordinate maintenance and reliability activities for Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) programs. Develop detailed job plans, work packages, and maintenance schedules using
SAP S/4HANA.
Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work execution with Operations and Maintenance teams. Support outage planning, backlog management, and maintenance compliance initiatives. Generate KPI reports, analyze maintenance performance trends, and support continuous improvement efforts. What's Needed? 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Pipeline, or related industrial facilities. Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM and
SAP S/4HANA
maintenance planning processes. Solid technical understanding of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) and maintenance execution requirements. Valid TWIC card in good standing.
