Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Service Manager, that performs service duties and supervises and coordinates activities of workers to ensure that all upkeep, inventory, and equipment is completed in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Maintain open communication with customers with status updates Responsible for scheduling and repairing scheduled maintenance Responsible for being available to work on an on-call basis. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers to achieve goals. Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all tools required by John Deere and affiliated companies Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and always insuring a professional appearance and attitude for all service personnel.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management or agriculture field or related experience Knowledge of agriculture, farming and ranching. Must be detail-oriented and organized. Possess basic skills in troubleshooting and be mechanically inclined Excellent communication skills. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
