Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance team and ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and leadership skills, with a focus on industrial maintenance and facilities management. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance management, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs. Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks. Utilize tools such as voltmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs on high voltage systems. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management. Train and mentor team members in best practices for industrial maintenance and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the facility. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience in facilities management, ensuring all aspects of the facility are well-maintained. Familiarity with using voltmeters and working with high voltage systems safely. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team towards achieving common goals. Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of diagnosing issues quickly and implementing effective solutions.
