Tyler, TX, 75703 Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Millwork Supervisor to oversee the efficient functioning of our millwork logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing logistics, transportation, and warehouse activities. The Millwork Supervisor will play a key role in optimizing processes, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the timely delivery of lumber/millwork products to our customers. Responsibilities Logistics Management Plan, coordinate, and optimize transportation routes for the timely delivery of lumber/millwork products to customers. Manage a fleet of drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and efficient utilization of resources. Work closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations. Warehouse Operations Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping lumber/millwork products. Implement and enforce best practices for inventory management, ensuring accurate and efficient stock control. Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and develop a team of drivers and warehouse staff. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the logistics and warehouse teams. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork and accountability. Reporting and Documentation Generate and analyze reports related to logistics and warehouse performance. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and warehouse activities.
