FLEET MECHANIC AUTO & DIESEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Big E's Services is looking for an experienced, dependable Fleet Mechanic to take charge of the maintenance and repair of our growing fleet of 40+ company vehicles. This position will be responsible for keeping our fleet safe, reliable, maintained, and road-ready.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Oversee maintenance and repairs for 40+ fleet vehicles Perform routine and preventative maintenance Oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, tune-ups & fluid services Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Perform automotive and diesel repairs Engine, transmission, suspension and drivetrain repairs as needed Maintain accurate service and maintenance records Identify problems before they become costly breakdowns Coordinate parts, repairs and maintenance schedules Help minimize vehicle downtime and keep our fleet on the road

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Has strong automotive AND diesel mechanical experience Can diagnose problems—not just replace parts Is organized and capable of managing an entire fleet maintenance program Takes pride in their work and keeps a clean, organized shop Is dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently Understands the importance of preventative maintenance and vehicle safety 40+ VEHICLES.
