Full Job Description Job Summary:

Our goal is to build strong teams that, in turn, build strong communities. Join our growing team today! We have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our location in Magna, Utah! The Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate activities of personnel engaged in repair and service of off Hwy equipment, crushing equipment, generators and trucks. Review requests for repair, help determine problems and recommend solutions. Schedule and assign work, coordinate efforts, provide technical guidance and review progress of all assignments. Communicate with the Equipment Manager daily. Complete all paperwork that may be necessary. Manage repair projects internally and with outside vendors. Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed. Other duties assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Five plus years of heavy-duty equipment experience with knowledge of trucks, generators and crushing equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills. Previous supervisory skills. Strong verbal, written and computer skills needed. Must be very reliable, able to work well under pressure and can organize and prioritize work. Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen. Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members.
